where art transcends boundaries, unveiling a journey that resonates with the soul...

Artist profile

Asia Katz

Born in Bulgaria in 1964 and a graduate of the prestigious Ulius Fuchic School of Photographic Arts in Sofia, Asia's artistic odyssey led her from mastery in photography to the enchanting realms of painting in Safed, nestled in the Galilee.

Her art captures the essence of light and color, harmonizing or contrasting in compositions that defy convention, reflecting a deepening mystical understanding intertwined with Safed’s spiritual tapestry.
